Our company and theme reports are the shop’s permanent shelves. Special reports are different: occasional pieces about a situation of the moment — something the whole market is living through — kept current while it matters, and retired with their dates when it has played out. They are free to read, and like everything we publish, they contain no advice.

Between June and July of 2026, most of the shelf we cover peaked together and pulled back together. This page splits every markdown into its only two possible suspects — the earnings, or the tag the market pays for them — names the suspect for every company we cover, and sets what leadership said next to what the share price did. It will stay current while the episode plays out, and retire with its dates when it has.

When a special report’s moment has passed, it stays listed here with its opening and closing dates — the record of what the situation looked like while it was live is part of the work.
